IT Support Specialist Serves as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Performs remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers Provides onsite support to a wide variety of clients, systems, and networks throughout the West Michigan area, install equipment and service infrastructure as needed.
Job brief Provide IT support, both remotely and onsite to a diverse group of clients.
Your primary responsibilities will be learning systems, consulting about new and existing services provided, and providing support to these clients on a day to day basis.
Requirements A successful applicant should possess the following skills.
Familiarity with server and network management, workstation and server migrations.
Experience in managing and supporting Windows 10, and Server 2012 through 2019 a must.
Network design and configuration Good communication skills Excellent memory Organized and hard working Personable and friendly Always strives for the optimal outcome, rather than just good enough Customer-oriented and cool-tempered Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the medical/dental fields.
