The receptionist/student service coordinator will perform a variety of tasks under the supervision of the school Manager and Director.

$18 per hour to start with raises based on performance evaluations, plus bonuses and a profit sharing program.
We offer 40 hours Paid Time Off, bonuses, and a profit sharing program.
Must be willing to work as needed at both locations and be available for occasional evening shifts.
Knowledge of music and/or playing an instrument is not required.
RECEPTIONIST/STUDENT SERVICE COORDINATOR Approximately 25 hours per week:
Includes four weekday shifts and one weekend shift.

Answering phones (Looking for the GOLDEN VOICE, one that sounds amazing on the phone with a great tone and excitement for our customers.
) Managing details (Requires a great memory.
) An ability to sell yourself as well as selling our services as the best music lesson experience in West Michigan.

Selling our school on the phone to potential clients is one of the most important parts of this position.
Registering clients Processing paperwork Cleaning Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.
Daily interaction with kids (ages 5+) and their parents.
Providing over-the-top customer service to everyone who walks through the Academy doors, making them feel welcomed, heard, and appreciated.
Scheduling needs for over 700 students and more than 40 teachers.
High attention to detail and strong communication skills are necessary.
Ability to follow directions, multi-task, meet deadlines, and achieve monthly registration goals.
Independent problem solving Keeping the overall appearance and look of the Academy consistent with the image and culture of the Academy.
