Job Summary: Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator - Provides administrative support for home care including but not limited to triaging incoming telephone calls, scheduling clients and staff, ensuring confidentiality of client information, registering clients and processing paperwork, abstracting information and supporting data from clinical record and other databases for quality management, clinical, and billing activities, maintaining adequate office and routine medical supplies.
As an Administrative Coordinator for Sunset Home Services, you will
Develop procedures and policies for office activities such as filing, record maintenance, typing, work processing, faxing, and mail distribution.
Maintain office supplies and perform minor maintenance of office equipment.
Develop and maintain schedule for paraprofessional staff.
Register clients, processes information, and schedules visits
Maintain clinical records, reviews for completeness and accuracy.
Maintain clinical record review system.
Provide receptionists tasks including initial response to client's request for care.
Perform other duties as assigned.
May make home health aide and homemaker visits when visit staff is not available.
Skill Requirements: Administrative Coordinator
Must possess a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Medical Assistance experience required. Experience in Microsoft office preferred.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
